Hello my name is Curd Hos.
I started training 0ver 20 years ago, my initial goal lose a few pounds while in college to help my pursuit of the opposite sex. As I spent more time training I became more involved strength training I specialized in the Bench Press.
As the years went by I stayed focused on the Bench and began competing as a Drug Free athlete. In 1999 I won the Ontario provincial championships and later that same year I captured the 1999 Canadian Drug Free Bench Press title.
Competing at that level and staying drug free made me focus on training and nutrition – especially sports nutrition. I needed to make sure that my body was recuperating regenerating as quickly as possible to allow me to continue to make progress.
Over the last 20 years I have tried virtually every training routine on the face of the planet.
In fact I became a National Drug Free Bench Champion due to in part to the fact that my BENCH was the worst exercise for me when I started training 21 years ago!!
I was determined then to achieve a better BENCH PRESS and today I do over 600 lbs RAW.
I continue to train Hard and Drug Free to this day.
I am working towards hitting a 700 lb RAW Drug free Bench Press
